How to: BBQ or chargrill fish or lobster

Ingredients
200g Ferguson Australia fish fillets, 3-4 pieces
or Raw Lobster, cut in half
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoon olive oil

BBQ or griddle-pan

How to: BBQ or chargrill fish or lobster

Preheat BBQ or griddle-pan.

Coat fish/lobster in oil and season with salt and pepper.

Place fish down (lobster shell down) on BBQ and cook for 3 minutes. When it is ready to turn it will be easy to lift up without any flakes of fish sticking to the base.

Turn-over and cook for a further 2-3 minutes or until each fillet comes away easily from the base.
