How to: steam fish

Ingredients
200g Ferguson Australia fish fillets, 3-4 pieces
Salt and pepper

Baking paper or a spinach leaf
Steamer basket with lid, bamboo or metal which fits firmly above a saucepan

How to: steam fish

Bring a saucepan of water up to a boil.

Line steamer basket with baking paper or a spinach leaf.

Place fish on top of paper/leaf. Secure lid and place basket on top of saucepan.

Steam fish for 5-6 minutes, longer if fillets are thicker.

Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper.
