Sashimi Tuna with ginger oil and soy dressing

Ingredients
2 x 100g Mori Tuna Sashimi Slices
3 spring onions, finely sliced
Thumb sized piece of ginger, grated
¼ cup rice bran oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons mirin
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
Thinly sliced radish and Thai basil leaves, to serve

Sashimi Tuna with ginger oil and soy dressing

Place spring onion and ginger in a bowl.

Heat oil until smoking then pour over the top. Set aside.

Stir together soy sauce, mirin, rice wine vinegar and sesame oil.

Spoon over fish, top with ginger oil, radishes and Thai basil leaves then serve
