Ingredients
100gm MORI Bluefin Tuna Sashimi Slices
100gm MORI Kingfish Sashimi Slices

Tahitian sauce
2 tsp hoisin sauce
2 tsp oyster sauce
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp honey
Finely sliced red capsicum, and spring onion to garnish

Tuna & Kingfish Sashimi with a sweet and sour Tahitian Sauce

Lay the tuna and kingfish out on a platter.

Mix ingredients for the Tahitian sauce together to stir well to combine. Transfer to a serving bowl.

Garnish fish with finely sliced capsicum and spring onion.
