Tuna Sashimi with a ginger, chilli & ponzu dipping sauce

Ingredients
100gm MORI Tuna Sashimi Slices

Dipping sauce:
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp ponzu sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp grated ginger
¼ tsp Wasabi paste – to your liking
1 spring onion finely chopped
Black and white sesame seeds to garnish

Tuna Sashimi with a ginger, chilli & ponzu dipping sauce

Mix all ingredients for the dipping sauce together and transfer to a serving bowl.

Arrange tuna slices on a plate. Garnish with black and white sesame seeds.

Note – Don’t pour the dressing over the tuna unless you are going to eat it immediately. The ginger, chilli and vinegar will pickle the fish and it will begin to cure.
